Go Dharmic’s optimism this Winter Season

“It’s the most wonderful time of the year!” – Or so the song goes!… The last two years have tested us in ways that many of us thought were banished to the pages of history books. So many thought that the 21st century was a new milestone for the world. It would forevermark a change with the rest of history. Yet, things have turned out otherwise…

 A century ago, the world was recovering from the chaos and wasteful slaughter of the First World War, as well as from the Spanish Flu, which is estimated to have infected a third of the globe’s population. In just under twenty years, there would be another global war. A war that would end with the creation of the Atomic Bomb. What about us today? Are we walking similar paths? We couldn’t imagine a viral infection ravaging the world in the 21st Century. Along came Covid-19. Many doubt the severity of the Climate Crisis. Along comes a sudden realisation, leading to events like COP26. We must change the future!

Many will make resolutions for the New Year. Some will try to spend more time with family. Some will try to leave a bad habit. Some will try to be more self-aware. We at Go Dharmic resolve to continue our many world-bettering campaigns to change-a-future, distribute food, and promote vegan diets.

We have participated in COP26, and will continue to work against the Climate Crisis. We will continue to work for animal and habitat protection. We will continue to feed and better human futures.
