Born in the UK to parents from East Africa and of Indian heritage, Dimple has worked in Human Resources for well over 20 years, with the last 15 years being at GIC (Investment Management), as the Head of Human Resources Europe. In this position, she leads the HR function for Europe and has a particular interest in Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Engagement.
Dimple also sits on multiple committees: Social Impact Steering Group member at GIC, which aims to create a positive social impact in the community. She is a Steering Group member at The Diversity Project as well as Co-Chair of the Race and Ethnicity Workstream, the Diversity Project is a social action group that aims to improve diversity and inclusion within the Investment Management industry. Until recently, she was a HR Trustee at a local state secondary school. Finally, Dimple mentors young adults informally and formally via Urban Synergy and upReach.
