Sanjeev Kapoor is a well-known television personality, chef and entrepreneur primarily in India, and also globally. He hosts the longest-running cooking show in India, which has had views exceeding 500 million. He also owns restaurants in London, New York and India.
Go Dharmic has partnered with Sanjeev Kapoor at his London restaurant The Yellow Chilli, where the chefs will be cooking hot, healthy, Indian meals for Go Dharmic volunteers to distribute in Wembley every weekend. Before the partnership with The Yellow Chilli, Go Dharmic volunteers were distributing sandwiches, fruit, water and snacks to those who attended the weekly food distributions. As the weather takes a turn, and temperatures have dropped, the demand for hot meals is ever increasing.

The meals cooked at The Yellow Chilli will help feed over 100 people per week. For many of the beneficiaries, the meal cooked by the restaurant will be their only meal of the day, and they rely heavily on the project to keep going. The weekly distributions are carried out by Vinod Parmar, who leads the Arpanam Group.
Ealing, the London borough where the meal distribution takes place, has the third-highest level of homelessness out of all of the London boroughs. The area has a high premature mortality rate, with it being higher than the average in London. It is apparent how vital the meals cooked by The Yellow Chilli, and distributed by Go Dharmic are, as they are really needed to keep people healthy.
