Celebrating Dedication: The Go Dharmic Get-Together in Scotland

The Go Dharmic Get-Together in Scotland was a truly special occasion. We gathered at Eastwood House in Glasgow to honour and celebrate the amazing dedication of our volunteers. This annual event served as a platform to recognise the incredible achievements of our Scotland teams and honour Martin Dover, who received the prestigious King’s Coronation Champion award for his exceptional volunteering work.

Uniting with Warmth and Enthusiasm

Volunteers, supporters, and friends from all corners of Scotland came together, strengthening existing bonds and forging new connections. We created an atmosphere filled with warmth and enthusiasm, embracing the shared passion for making a difference. Go Dharmic’s founder, Hanuman Dass, graced the event, inspiring us all with details about the organisation’s global projects and long-term goals.

Acknowledging Impact

We proudly acknowledged the success of Go Dharmic in Scotland, the UK, and across the globe. Over 15 regular active locations in the UK diligently serve those in need, providing hundreds of thousands of meals to the underprivileged. During this gathering, we celebrated these wonderful achievements and engaged in meaningful discussions about plans for future compassion in action.

Inspiring Hope: Scotland’s Socially Active Youth

The enthusiasm of Scotland’s socially active youth was contagious. We witnessed the powerful positive difference they have made in the world, fuelling our hope for a brighter future for humanity. Their energy and commitment inspire us to continue our mission of compassion and impact.

Delicious Contributions: Sprigg’s Support

Sprigg, our lovely friends and partners, provided the evening’s delicious food, adding to the joyous atmosphere. They have been long-time supporters of Go Dharmic. They have dedicated significant time and effort to help us feed vulnerable families in Scotland. And, we are grateful for their generous contribution to our event.

Fundraising for Impact: Compassion in Action

This event was not only a celebration but also an opportunity for fundraising. While the event was free to attend, we welcomed and appreciated all the generous donations that support our vital work and expand our reach. Attendees were encouraged to bring along friends, relatives, and children to engage with Go Dharmic’s projects and witness our ethos in action firsthand.

Gratitude and Optimism: Thriving as a Force for Compassion

As the evening came to a close, we left with hearts full of gratitude and optimism. With the unwavering dedication of our volunteers and the growing support from communities, Go Dharmic will continue to thrive as a force for compassion. We are confident that our collective efforts will make a positive impact on countless lives in the days to come.
