Last Sunday, we partnered with the Mother Miracle group to host an online fundraiser to raise money for our Emergency Coronavirus Appeal.
For each person who joined the call, the Mother Miracle group donated £25 to our campaign. It was a great call, with 490 participants, and donations equated to £20,000 in total!

The call saw special guest speakers give a little insight into their role at GD and how others can get involved, speakers included:

Without these amazing organisations, we would never have been able to raise such a substantial amount, which will help us meet our target of feeding 1 million people during the Coronavirus pandemic.
Lastly, thank you to each and every one of the 490 people who attended the call, without you all we wouldn’t have been able to raise £20,000 and have an impact on so many vulnerable people around the world.
