A farmer somewhere grew Tomatoes, another grew carrot and onions, while another grew rice, and someone may be in south manufactured the spices. Thereafter, a whole network of drivers and vegetable vendors needed to make these goods available to Us, which was again governed by economic conditions. And then finally when these goods reach us, it takes other resources along with love to make any Dish. It seems like every ingredient in this dish has travelled its story from a distant land..and now they have formed this beautiful dish, together, by meeting their end points. Nourish yourself in a way it saves our environment.
